Irma is a licensed massage therapist, serving clients in Northern Virginia and North Carolina. She is a graduate of Kneaded Energy School of Massage in Greensboro, North Carolina, where she received professional training in therapeutic massage and bodywork.

Irma offers personalized massage terapy tailored to each client's individual needs. Her massage services include Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, Prenatal Massage, Manual Lymphatic Drainage, Reflexology, Hot Stone Massage, and Comfort Care Massage.

She also works with clients experiencing specific areas of pain, muscular tension, or limited mobility, including discomfort associated with frozen shoulder, carpal tunnel syndrome, sciatica, neck and shoulder tension, back pain, and muscular tightness. Each session is customized using appropriate massage techniques to help relieve muscular tension, improve mobility, promote relaxation, and support the body's overall well-being.

Irma's passion for the healing power of touch began at an early age. Growing up as the youngest of eleven children iin a hardworking family, she learned naturally how meaningful a caring touch could be. After long days of work, she would often massage her mother's tired feet and offer comofort through touch. Those early experiences eventually became part of the fundation for her career in massage therapy.

For Irma massage therapy is much more than a profession. She believes in listening carefully to each client and adapting every session to what their body needs that day. Wheter a client is seeking relaxation, relief from muscular tension, improved mobility, or simply time to slow down and recharge, her goal is to provide thoughtful and individualized care.
